Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

  • We ship using trusted carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Once your order has left our facility, the delivery process becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages once transferred to the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship international orders via UPS only to ensure reliability and tracking accuracy.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon your package’s arrival in your country.

  • These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Vegan Leather Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
